30 minutes of your call.
We are very proficient in using a number of
remote access technologies and tools so we can fix a most of the issues
quickly without any need to be on-site. In rare occasions, if the issue
cannot be eliminated remotely, we will travel on-site - again, on 24/7
basis. This will give you 100% assurance that your customers will
receive your mission-critical service when they needed.
To correctly determine support cost we will usually travel on-site
and will perform an assessment We will advise you on correcting any
